Понятие и функции медиаменеджера в условиях цифровой трансформации
Аннотация
В результате технологических изменений в медиапространстве, работа в современной редакции кардинально меняется. Чтобы организовать эффективный выпуск медиапродукта, медиаменеджеру необходимо обладать определенными профессиональными и личностными качествами и навыками. В результате исследования, проведенного на основе фокусированных интервью с российскими медиаменеджерами, делается вывод о том, как трансформируются роль и функции главного редактора в условиях конвергентной редакции и цифровизации контента.
