ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ СЕЛЬСКО-ГОРОДСКОЙ МИГРАЦИИ И УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ СРЕДСТВ К СУЩЕСТВОВАНИЮ В ПАКИСТАНЕ
Аннотация
Изучаются факторы, выталкивающие и привлекающие мигрантов из сельской местности в города Кветта (Пакистан), а также условия их жизни. Сельско-городская миграция является значимым социально-экономическим явлением в развивающихся странах, где разрыв между уровнем жизни в сельской и городской местности остается значительным. В исследовании использованы данные опроса, собранные у 202 домохозяйств в рамках концепции устойчивых средств к существованию (Sustainable Livelihood Approach), с применением методов удобной и «снежной» выборки. Для анализа данных использовались описательная статистика и метод взвешенных наименьших квадратов. Результаты показывают, что лучшие возможности трудоустройства и более высокий уровень жизни были наиболее распространенными факторами, привлекающими иммигрантов, тогда как средняя экономическая активность и недоступность основных потребностей — наиболее распространенными выталкивающими факторами. Регрессионный анализ показывает, что финансовый, человеческий и физический капитал оказывают значительное положительное влияние на средства к существованию домохозяйств иммигрантов. Вместе с тем социальный и природный капитал также влияют на продовольственную безопасность положительно, однако данное влияние статистически незначимо. Исследование вносит вклад в изучение устойчивого жизнеобеспечения мигрантов и предлагает практические рекомендации для органов государственного управления по поддержке сельско-городских мигрантов в Белуджистане (Пакистан).
