EFFICIENCY OF GAMIFICATION IN DEVELOPING COMPANY’S HR-PRACTICES
Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the potential of gamifi cation in the optimization and development of human resources of enterprises. The author examines the impact of gaming techniques on key aspects of HR services, including training, employee adaptation, motivation, and team building. Special emphasis is placed on examples of the best world practices and the latest research by Western scientists. The purpose of the article is to identify the advantages and risks arising from the introduction of gaming approaches in personnel management, as well as the formation of recommendations for the effective use of gamifi cation in corporate processes.
