Аннотация

Ресвератрол, природное соединение из класса стильбенов, содержащееся в винограде, ягодах и других растениях, привлекает значительный научный интерес благодаря широкому спектру заявленных полезных свойств, включая антиоксидантную, противовоспалительную, антивозрастную и кардиопротекторную активность. Данный обзор обобщает современные знания о ресвератроле, исследуя его сложную фармакокинетику — характеризующуюся высоким всасыванием, но низкой биодоступностью при пероральном приёме из-за интенсивного пресистемного метаболизма — и его многообразные механизмы действия. Подробно описана активация ключевых сигнальных путей, таких как SIRT1, AMPK, Nrf2 и PGC-1α, которые опосредуют его влияние на митохондриальный биогенез, антиоксидантную защиту и метаболический гомеостаз.
