MANAGEMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL COMPONENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE POPULATION OF THE REGIONS OF THE URAL FEDERAL DISTRICT
Abstract
The main role of managing the environmental component of the quality of life of the population in the context of the technological transformation of the Russian economy is assigned to the state, whose priority areas of activity in the field of ecology are: the development of appropriate institutional support for the environmental development of regions, the promotion of investments in environmental areas and the development of eco-technologies, the establishment of a comprehensive and implementable environmental policy, balancing environmental taxes, etc. The purpose of this study is to analyze and develop the institutional framework and infrastructure support for managing the environmental component of the quality of life of the population of the regions of the Ural Federal District. Based on the results of previous studies, the best management practices for the environmental development of the regions of the Russian Federation are analyzed, considering their experience, the main ways to improve management mechanisms are proposed based on the transmission relationships of the impact of the environmental component on the quality of life of the population, which will allow moving to a balanced socio-ecological and economic development of the regions of the Ural Federal District.
