Кейс-стади как средство формирования коммуникативной толерантности у студентов-журналистов
Аннотация
В статье представлена методическая разработка – кейс, в основе которого ситуация, приведшая к резонансному социальному конфликту. Приводятся все этапы работы, дается описание заданий и предлагается комментарий, включающий анализ языковых средств с точки зрения их соответствия или несоответствия общим принципам соблюдения коммуникативной толерантности. Делается вывод о возможности формирования компетенции коммуникативной толерантности на занятиях по профессиональному мастерству, максимально приближенных к актуальной социальной практике.
