Abstract

The labor market is undergoing significant changes. Despite the fact that young specialists have less work
experience, they are characterized by quick learning ability, communication skills, initiative and desire to develop
in professional activity. The orientation of managers towards young workers is able to provide competitive
advantages and prospects for the development of the organization due to their high competencies in the field
of information technology, relevant knowledge and innovative thinking. The article presents the results of a study
of the main types of motivation and readiness for behavioral opportunism of future employees. On the basis
of the analysis, the relationship between the types of motivation and the manifestation of opportunistic behavior
in active and passive forms was revealed.
