ЭТИКО-ПРАВОВОЙ АСПЕКТ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТИ МЕДИАФРИЛАНСЕРОВ ЦИФРОВОЙ ЭПОХИ
Аннотация
Эра цифровых коммуникаций ознаменовала принципиально новый формат отношений в медиасреде: теперь нет необходимости в большом количестве офисных работников, что влечет за собой развитие фриланса не только как способа заработка, но и как философии жизни. Вместе с тем, и законодательные, и морально-этические нормы внештатной журналистики до сих пор не до конца сформированы. Это предполагает формулирование основных противоречий и поиск путей их преодоления в новейшей практике.
